Bryce Shearer tattooer at Lombard Street Tattoo in Portland Oregon

Bryce Shearer

would love to tattoo you if you’re looking for an old folky tatt. Maybe you saw something in your local antique store and you want it to be a forever doodle? Maybe your great grandma was a real nice lady and you’d like a cool portrait of her? Then perhaps I’m your guy! Email Bryce to book or call the shop.

Emily Joy

is an Oregon native with an admiration for everything fun, bold, bright, and colorful. When she’s not tattooing she’s probably scouting the city for vegan grub, getting lost in a museum, or booking a flight to somewhere new to explore. Email Emily to book or call the shop.

Damn Zippy

I'm Olive. I'm based in Portland, Oregon. Hit me with an email to get tattooed by me. Simple as that. We can work it out. Email Olive to book or call the shop.

Jessi Preston

specializes in traditional tattoos, class acts, and other uncomfortable situations. She owns the shop and is excited to work with you! Email Jessi to book or call the shop.

Tyler Eilbeck

A cordial creature from Colorado, Tyler specializes in Japanese style, abstract, and traditional tattooing. He has a fondness for ero guro, ukiyo-e, the verdant realm, fungi, erotica, surrealism, fantasy, symbolism and mysticism, to name a few. He enjoys the creative potential in all ideas brought to him and likes to explore concepts with his clients. Email Tyler to book or call the shop.

Ona Greenberg tattooer at Lombard Street Tattoo in Portland, Oregon

Ona Greenberg

is a Portland native that has always created, initially mostly in oil painting and comics. This lends to her love of creating tattoos that are bold in humor, emotion and character; in both black & grey and color. Ona likes to add a surrealist aspect to traditional style tattoos to create something unique for its wearer. Email Ona to book or call the shop.

Rebecca Cameron tattooer at Lombard Street Tattoo in Portland Oregon

Rebecca Cameron

is a classically trained painter who added tattooing to her bag of tricks in 2015. She specializes in fine-line black and grey tattoos, but is always up for something new. She's sort of tall, with hair, and wears t-shirts sometimes. Book here with Rebecca or call the shop.

Walk-ins are ALWAYS WELCOME.

We are cash only, but we have an ATM on site. The shop minimum is $100-140 depending on the artist.

When you schedule an appointment, we will estimate the price of your tattoo. The final price will depend on the size and placement. To give you an estimate of our pricing: our minimum is $140, palm-sized tattoos are around $300, and full hand will be around $450. Much larger pieces will be priced by the hour.

Ethics & Values

You don't have to agree with us about everything, but we want to be very clear about what we stand for. We respect ALL humans regardless of color, gender, sexuality, size, etc. We have zero tolerance for hatefulness and by extension will not tolerate racism, misogyny, fat-phobia, queer-phobia or any other intolerance within our walls.

We recognize that tattooing has a diverse and complicated history and we will do our best to help you make informed choices about your new tattoo. Our artists decide individually about what kind of work they feel comfortable doing. If you want something your artist does not feel it is appropriate for them to do for any reason, we will politely decline or direct you to the person best suited for your idea.

You can call the shop or email our artists directly. We require a minimum deposit of $100. The deposit is non-refundable, but goes toward the cost of the tattoo when you get it.

To cancel an appointment, we require 48 hours notice or the deposit will be forfeited.

We are a custom tattoo shop. If you can think it, we can do it. If it’s a bad idea for a tattoo we will guide you towards a more successful design. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or bring in references! We love that you put thought and energy into your tattoo idea.

  • Leave the bandage undisturbed for at least 3 hours.
  • Remove the bandage and wash your tattoo with warm water and unscented soap. We recommend Dove or something antibacterial. After every wash, allow your tattoo to air dry or gently pat it dry with a clean towel.
  • Wash your new tattoo twice a day for 2 days. Then once daily, until it is completely healed.
  • Begin applying an unscented lotion to the tattoo 2 days after you receive the tattoo. We recommend Aveeno for babies or something similar. No ointments are necessary.
  • Don’t pick at your new tattoo or try any clever home remedies. It is a wound. Just let it heal.
  • Your tattoo will itch when it is in the final stages of healing. Do not scratch it. You can cause scarring by scratching your new tattoo. Lotion helps with itching.
  • NO beach. NO jacuzzi. NO swimming pool. NO sunbathing… until the tattoo is fully healed.
